Dynamiq Strategy and EMQ merge to create Australian crisis and emergency management powerhouse.
Merger revolutionises emergency management industry.
Australian emergency management specialist Dynamiq has merged its consulting arm with crisis and emergency management specialist EMQ. Dynamiq Strategy has merged with EMQ to form a new full service consulting group, sitting beside Dynamiq People and Dynamiq Assist giving clients the industry’s broadest and most innovative services.
“The merging of the businesses was an obvious and simple fit,” said Dynamiq Founder and CEO Anthony Moorhouse. “EMQ’s quality consulting and technology services, reputation in the marketplace and business culture complement the Dynamiq business. Dynamiq Strategy now provides an even more robust Emergency Management Service offering for our clients – the industry’s only true one stop shop.”

Dynamiq Strategy will now have a broader crisis and emergency management consulting offering, increased crisis communication capability and an Evacuation Management solution for schools, public venues and offices that includes customised evacuation procedures and visual aids to ensure your team are best placed to deal with any kind of emergency.
EMQ’s highly regarded crisis, incident and issues management platform EMQnet will now be available exclusively through Dynamiq and will continue to evolve and improve to meet the ever changing needs of clients and the market.

The merger was finalised on 21st March 2014 and the new combined company now employs 170 full-time people across offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Dynamiq provides a comprehensive suite of emergency management services including – medical, security, business resilience, emergency planning, advisory, 24/7 monitoring and response, project staffing and technology.
