Develop crisis, emergency and security management systems and plans
Deliver crisis, emergency, business continuity, and security management to client groups in Australia and overseas
Develop, facilitate and report on crisis, emergency and security management exercises and to achieve defined objectives and satisfy client requirements
Business development and account management

Desired Skills and Experience:

Extensive private sector consulting or senior management experience in a Crisis, Emergency and/or Security Management role
Proven track record of successful revenue generation in a consulting role
Formal qualification (or extensive experience) in at least two of the following disciplines:
Crisis management
Emergency management
Business continuity management
Security management
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiating skills with senior leadership and executive-level management
Experience in leading a consulting team and delivering projects on time and to budget
Awareness of web-based crisis/emergency/security management applications and information management systems
Willingness to travel to support domestic and international clients
Team Player - must be able to work effectively within a friendly, team-based environment.
