CGU is Australia’s leading commercial and personal insurer, providing support to customers in their time of need for over 160 years. They distribute a range of market-leading products and manage around 1,000 claims every day.

CGU is part of Insurance Australia Group (IAG), an ASX top 30 company.

AHI is a specialist underwriting agency that provides quality Personal Accident, Medical and Travel insurance in Australia and around the world.

Dynamiq has been responsible for managing the emergency assistance response for AHI policy holders for global safety and security incidents, such as natural disasters, terrorism as well as kidnap and ransom, since establishing a strategic alliance in 2006.

Today AHI Assist outsources their entire emergency assistance service delivery to Dynamiq. We provide AHI with a dedicated Australian based team of medical, travel, safety and security and crisis response experts operating from our state of the art 24/7 Emergency Operations Centre. Each year we provide support to more than 6,000 Australian, international and global corporations in all aspects of travel and medical assistance.

Dynamiq is proud to be a supporter of Interplast, a not-for-profit organisation that works to improve the quality of life for people with disability who are disabled as a result of congenital or acquired medical conditions such as cleft lip and palate or burn scar contractures.

Interplast send fully qualified Australian and New Zealand volunteer plastic and reconstructive surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses and allied health professionals to the Asia Pacific region to provide free surgical treatment for patients who would otherwise not be able to afford access to such services.

They focus heavily on facilitating medical training and mentoring for in-country medical personnel by supporting and building the capacity of local health services.

Auspace is a systems integrator with a Machine to Machine (M2M) communications specialisation, focussed on delivering turnkey, bespoke solutions, by enabling systems for the integrated management of lone workers, vehicle management systems, industrial infrastructure and assets.

Auspace joined the Nova Group of Companies in 2007. In 2012 Auspace was re-purposed to focus on an in-service Machine to Machine (M2M) specialisation. A team of industry experts were recruited to build capability in Australia to serve verticals such as public safety, transportation and utilities. Auspace is solution, rather than product focussed, and strives to deliver turnkey solutions based on customer requirements.

Auspace and Dynamiq have partnered to deliver monitoring and recovery services in conjunction with the dual mode field service and journey management system. World's best practice search and rescue systems have been seamlessly integrated with duress management and proven personal recovery systems. Relative to an in-sourced call centre approach, the solution is scalable and unified, eliminates internal company handovers, and allows the recovery procedures to be customised to the requirements of each specific customer.

"Interplast greatly value the relationship we have with Dynamiq. They have been a fantastic supporter of our organisation, providing critical support to our teams in the countries we work with and promoting our work amongst their community and networks. Interplast is extremely proud to be partnered with Dynamiq in delivering our life-changing programs across the Asia Pacific region."
