Account Manager - Sydney Office 

We're looking for an Account Manager for our Sydney office. The role includes providing client support, technical support and training, planning and optimisation, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with our clients.

The account manager will be the point of contact between the client and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions in line with our clients' needs.

Responsibilities include:

Day to day support of multiple client accounts across varied market sectors
Primary point of contact between client, company and partners
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Provide advice and training on all products relating to the client's membership
Forecast and track key account metrics
Follow sales leads and collaborate with sales teams to ensure portfolio growth
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

About the Requirements:

You are personable and energetic, and you also have:

Experience in a similar account management role; minimum of 2 years preferred
Strong organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An ability to adapt to changing deadlines and business demands
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
The ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team.
