Anthony was a Special Forces Counter Terrorism Commander in the Australian Defence Force and received a military award for leadership during counter terrorism operations in 2004. Anthony leads Dynamiq’s Crisis Management Team during large scale national and international crisis events that affect any of Dynamiq’s 6,000+ corporate and government clients.
Anthony led Dynamiq’s Crisis Response to the Sundance Resources Air Crash in 2010. Further, Anthony has provided kidnap and ransom as well as political evacuation advisory support to many major media, mining, oil and gas and government clients over the past 6 years at Dynamiq.

Dan has fifteen years of international experience, and has managed global strategic and operational projects across a variety of market sectors including industrial chemicals and equipment, energy, government, technology and defence. His previous roles include CFO of International SOS (Australia) Pty Ltd, the global Medical/Emergency Assistance company.

Jarrod is an experienced senior manager with over 20 years’ experience in the Australian general insurance industry. He has a proven record in sales, operations, and product development with a particular a focus on customer outcomes. Jarrod is responsible for the management of Dynamiq’s business operations.close
Head of Strategic Partnerships
Gary has over 30 years’ experience in crisis and emergency management, system development, implementation, training and support. Gary’s comprehensive background in marine engineering has seen him establish and implement the Australian oil industry’s national oil spill emergency response capability (AMOSC). Gary also was a key player in developing EMQnet, an integrated web-based Crisis and Emergency management and communication and recording system.
He is a trusted advisor and trainer for key oil and gas clients such as Newmont, Kinross, Chevron, Woodside, Conoco Phillips, Vale, BHP Billiton, Exxon Mobil, CSO, Petroz, Nippon, HWE, North, Pasminco, Nexen, Shell and TruEnergy.close
Kleenette has a background in audit and advisory and has worked with prestigious consulting and advisory firms in Australia and overseas.
She has also worked across multiple industries from medium to multi-national companies in the commercial environment.
She joined Dynamiq in 2011 and is an integral part of the Dynamiq team.
General Manager - Emergency Management
In close partnership with his clients, Andrew prepares tailored Crisis and Emergency Management Systems to mitigate and manage the effects of unplanned events, which can adversely threaten a company's reputation and long-term capability to do business. This includes the implementation of the crisis management plans, training of key corporate, regional and site team members (via instructor led and web-based means) and the testing of plans by subjecting participants to realistic and relevant crisis scenarios.close
Principal, Strategic Partnerships
An expert in the development and project management of HSE and risk management systems, Mark’s 18 year career has seen him perform extensive crisis management consulting for the aviation, utilities, mining and construction industries. Mark frequently participates in the planning, facilitation and reporting on crisis management exercises for clients including Shell, Vale, Inco, Newmont, Hydro Tasmania, AEMO, Panoramic Resources and Woodside Petroleum.
Primarily responsible for the management of Dynamiq Strategy’s clients and consultants, Mark ensures quality, ingenuity and value is at the forefront of every project delivered.close
General Manager - Technology
Robert is a key player in the development and ongoing management and growth of EMQnet, Dynamiq’s integrated web-based Crisis and Emergency management and communication and recording system. With over 15 years’ experience in crisis and emergency management, Robert specialises in the implementing and training of management systems utilising Web based training and communication tools, in addition to developing multiple tier exercise scenarios and crisis and emergency management procedures.
Robert’s key clients include Newmont, Australian Magnesium, Panoramic Resources, Vale Inco, PT Inco, Paperlinx, VENCorp, NEMMCO and ActewAGL.close
Managing Principal (WA)
Rob’s Emergency and Crisis Management experience includes plan development and the training of crisis management teams from site though to corporate level in Australia, Asia and Africa. Rob’s experience in the development of emergency, crisis, business continuity and protective security systems has included external consulting and internal organisational management within the private and public sectors.
His extensive emergency and security risk management experience includes critical infrastructure protection projects in the utilities, mining, energy and hydrocarbons fields as well as the completion of maritime and aviation security projects throughout the Australian region.close

Jason is a business resilience and crisis management specialist with 26 years’ experience, having held management positions in private, government and corporate environments. He has been employed by some of the world’s largest companies including Hyatt Corporation, Knight Frank, AEG Ogden, Westfield and Foxtel.
Jason recently formed the Australian Chapter of the United Kingdom’s highly regarded Business and National Government - Resilience and Business Continuity Network, an informal group that includes renowned practitioners from Australia and overseas. The group focuses on practical and strategic ideas around organisational resilience implementation within the business arena.close
Karen is an emergency assistance expert with over 6 years of experience in medical, security and business services. She joined Dynamiq as a case manager and was quickly promoted to team leader. Her current role as capability manager involves the continuous development and maintenance of Dynamiq’s service offerings to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations at all times.close
Kel specialises in risk management and the development of robust business resilience solutions. Kel has extensive experience in facilitating planning workshops, risk assessments and training and emergency exercises. He has worked with major resource companies throughout Asia Pacific including ExxonMobil, BHP-Billiton and Rio Tinto.
Kel has built an extensive base of knowledge through his experience with the Australian Military, Xstrata Coal, ExxonMobil, and most recently, consulting to the energy, resources, construction and public sectors with Dynamiq.close
Emergency Operations Centre Team Leader
Renee is a Senior Registered nurse. She manages a team of 10 EOC staff who operate on a 24 hour roster.
Renee takes pride in developing, implementing and applying processes and tools that enhance customer service, case management and operational efficiency. She has worked in the emergency medical assistance industry for more than three years.

Sam is responsible for the day to day operations of Dynamiq's Emergency Management division. In this role he project manages and prepares crisis and emergency management systems specifically tailored for clients to manage the effects of unplanned events, which can adversely threaten both the safety of people and an organisation’s reputation.
This includes the implementation of crisis and emergency management systems, visual aids, training via both facilitator led and web-based means and the testing of systems by subjecting participants to realistic scenarios tailored for the particular industry.close

Since joining in 2015, Zac has become a key component of the Dynamiq sales team, strengthening relationships with clients and potential customers across Australia. In his current role as APAC Sales Manager, Zac is improving upon Dynamiq’s client focussed approach to sales.close
Principal Consultant (WA)
As a former member of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the Australian Defence Force (ADF), Peter has gained invaluable experience in the field of crisis management.
Peter previously worked as an Executive Officer in the Post Security Task Force in DFAT where he was involved in the planning and implementation of physical security measures at Australian Diplomatic Missions in the Asia-Pacific region, focussing on Indonesia. During this time he was also involved in crisis planning for Australian Diplomatic staff in the region. Peter also contributed to the preparation of Australia’s International Counter-Terrorism Plan as a member of DFAT’s National Security Section.close

Trent is a highly skilled IT Professional with a broad range of skills covering infrastructure design, implementation and support, software development, information security and project management and has worked in many differing industries for small start-ups through to large enterprises over his 15 year career.
Trent has implemented an information security management system within Dynamiq achieving accreditation through Standards Australia for ISO 27001. He is also the architect and lead developer for EMQnet, Dynamiq’s online crisis, emergency, security and risk management platform.close
